Betfair will attempt to resolve any disputes or complaints that you may have in regard to our products or service. If you wish to raise any issue with us, then please e-mail Betfair using the info@betfair.com email address. Alternatively you may use any of the country specific email addresses provided below. We will attempt to respond to all e-mails within 4 hours during Helpdesk hours, as described below. If you are an existing Betfair account holder please include your username and/or your telephone account number (TAN) in all correspondence.
If you would rather speak to an operator, our Helpdesk is manned 24/7 by English speaking Betfair personnel. Our International Helpdesk is available between 9am to 5.30pm (UK time), 7 days-a-week, though please note that Finnish, Turkish and Portuguese language coverage are available only by email and only between Monday and Friday. Separately, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Helpdesk staff are available between 3pm to 5am (Beijing time), 7 days-a-week. Betting Disputes If you have a betting or gaming dispute in relation to one of our products or markets, which you believe that Betfair has not satisfactorily resolved, you can approach IBAS (The Independent Betting Adjudication Service). IBAS is a third party organisation offering independent adjudication in relation to betting and gaming disputes. Maltese based products - The Lotteries and Gaming Authority: Alternatively, if you have made a complaint to Betfair in relation to one of our Maltese licensed products (for example Casino, Games, or Multiples betting) and you feel that Betfair's final decision about your dispute was not dealt with satisfactorily, you can raise any unresolved dispute with the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority by emailing: complaints@lga.org.mt. Australian Exchange Markets - The Tasmanian Gaming Commission: If you have made a complaint to Betfair in relation to betting exchange markets on Australian Events and you feel that Betfair's final decision about your dispute was not dealt with satisfactorily, you can raise any unresolved dispute with the Tasmanian Gaming Commission by emailing: betexchange@treasury.tas.gov.au. Australian Multiples – The ACT Gambling and Racing Commission If you have made a complaint to Betfair in relation to the settlement or management of an Australian Multiples market or bet via the Australian Multiples Platform and you feel that Betfair's final decision about your dispute was not dealt with satisfactorily, you can raise any unresolved dispute with the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.
